Shipping and Returns
*Free shipping on orders over $75 and UP TO $249.99 (does not apply during promotional deals). For orders up to $74.99 shipping rates are subject to change. Orders of $250-$349.99 shipping will be a flat rate of $20. Orders of $350-$465+ will be a flat rate of $30. Amounts include subtotal only. All rates are for a limited time and are subject to change.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer can receive a refund or a replacement item.
To submit a claim and to receive a potential replacement item or refund, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged product along with order/purchase confirmation. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Upon proof of damaged items, we will provide a call tag for damaged items to be returned by the customer. A replacement item will then be shipped out. If a refund is to be issued, the same process will be handled.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), packaging and in new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If the above terms are met, a refund or replacement item will be issued.
